On April 21, 2026, at approximately 3:22 PM, the Stearns County Sheriff’s Office and the St. Stephen Fire Department were dispatched to a structure fire at the address of 39070 County Road 1 in Le Sauk Township, which is approximately a mile north of the City of Sartell.
When deputies arrived on scene the house was fully engulfed. The home is believed to be a total loss. There were no injuries and the homeowners were able to get out safely. The Stearns County Sheriff’s Office and St. Stephen Fire Department were assisted by Sartell Police Department, Sartell Fire Department, Rice Fire Department, Sauk Rapids Fire Department, Holdingford Fire Department and Mayo Ambulance. The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
