Minutes of the Swanville City Council Public Hearing held in the Swanville Center on Tuesday, January 6, 2015. The meeting called to order 6:30 p.m. with the following members present: Sandy Peterson, Jay Bartkowicz, and Jim Molitor.
Also present: Norman Carlson, Tony Maciej, Lonny Hutchins and reporter Kerry Drager.
The purpose of this Public Hearing is to go over the proposed amendments to the original planning and zoning ordinance.
Mayor Peterson introduced and went over the new changes to the P & Z ordinances. Comments and questions were answered from all present by Mayor Peterson and Council Member Bartkowicz. The public hearing was closed at 7:15 p.m.
