Minutes of the Swanville City Council Public Hearing held in the Swanville Center on Tuesday, March 3, 2015. The meeting called to order 6:30 p.m. with the following members present: Sandy Peterson, Jay Bartkowicz, Norman Carlson, Tony Maciej and Jim Molitor.
Also present: Mark Hallan and Lonny Hutchins.
The purpose of this Public Hearing is to go over the proposed amendment to change the planning and zoning ordinance to: permitted in a commercial district an upto 3 unit dwelling, page 38 in p & z booklet and to introduce the new zoning map.
Mayor Peterson went over the new changes to the P & Z ordinance and presented the new map. Comments and questions were answered by Mayor Peterson and Council Member Bartkowicz.
The public hearing was then closed.
