Public Hearing: 6:30 p.m. held in the Swanville Center on September 6, 2016.
Members present: Sandy Lange, Norm Carlson, Tony Maciej, Jay Bartkowicz, and Jim Molitor. Also present: Brenda Schmidt, John Blais, Cory DeFoe, John Lindeman, Mark Hallen, Lonny Hutchins and reporter Sheila McCoy.
Mayor Lange opened the hearing stating that this is to hear commits from the public on rezoning the lot on the corner of Springbrook Drive and First Street/County 102 from Industrial to High Density Residential. Rezoning this lot would make it possible for a four plex to be built on this lot.
After questions from neighboring residents of the lot were answered by council members and Mark Hallen, the meeting was then closed. Mayor Lange then opened the regular council meeting.
