Swanville City Special Meeting • Thursday, June 12, 2014

Minutes of the Special Swanville City Council meeting held in the Swanville Center on Thursday, June 12, 2014. The meeting called to order 6:30 p.m. with the following members present: Sandy Peterson, AJ Johnson and Jim Molitor. Absent: Jay Bartkowicz and Tim Grittner.
Bryan Allen, from Red’s Irish Pub, would like to put a 10’x11’addition onto his existing building. The P & Z committee stated all the requirements have been made. AJ Johnson made a motion to approve the building permit for Red’s Irish Pub to add a 10’x11’ addition. Mayor Peterson seconded the motion. All voted in favor, motion carried.
LeRoy and Debbie Lambrecht would like to widen their driveway with a 65”x 35” cement slab and redo the steps in front of their house. The P & Z committee stated that all requirements have been met. AJ Johnson made a motion to approve the building permit for the Lambrecht’s to widen the driveway and redo the steps. Mayor Peterson seconded the motion. All voted in favor, motion carried.
There being no further business, a motion was made by AJ Johnson to adjourn. Mayor Peterson seconded the motion. Meeting adjourned 6:45 pm. Julie Hollermann, City Clerk/Treasurer
