There was a Special City Council meeting held Friday, April 26, 2019 at 10:00 am.
Members present: Mayor Lange, Deb Wood, Norm Carlson, Jim Molitor, and Tony Maciej. Also present: Tim Dally.
The meeting was called to order at 10:00 am. Mayor Lange presented to council Resolution #19-0426 authorizing the sale of real property located in North Berkey Avenue, Lot 1, Block 1, selling this property for $1.00 to Timothy Dally Sr. and Linda Dally. Jim Molitor made a motion to accept Resolution #19-0426 for the selling of Lot 1, Block 1 in the North Berkey Avenue addition to the Dally’s for $1.00. Deb Wood seconded the motion. All members present voted in favor, motion carried.
Deb Wood made a motion to adjourn. Tony Maciej seconded the motion, all members voted in favor, motion carried. Meeting adjourned 10:15 am.
