Unofficial Minutes of the Upsala City Council Budget Meeting was held August 21, 2018.
Mayor Rollie Johnson call the City Council Budget Meeting to order at 6:00 P.M.
The pledge of allegiance was recited.
On roll call members present: Mayor Rollie Johnson, Brian Lange, Dennis Westrich, Lana Bartells, and Joan Olson.
People present: First Response President Steve Hansen, Donald Trettel, Sheri Johnson, Tanya Trettel, Robert Maciej, Jackie Stevens, Morrison County Record Reporter Sheila McCoy, City Intern Kasey Stevens, and Clerk/Treasurer Michelle Stevens.
Westrich moved to not increase the City’s levy for 2019, 2nd by Olson. Motion carried unanimously.
Lange moved to adjourn at 9:07 pm, 2nd by Olson. Motion carried unanimously.
