The Special City Council meeting was called to order at Upsala City Hall by Mayor Rollie Johnson at 7:00 P.M.
On roll call members present were: Mayor Rollie Johnson, and Dennis Westrich, Brian Lange, Lana Bartells, and Joan Olson.
People present: Sheri Johnson, Public Works Superintendent Frank Koopmeiners, Planning & Zoning Commissioner Don Marty, and Michelle Stevens, Clerk/Treasurer.
The Council reviewed the City’s charges for water usage.
Council directed Stevens to create a three tiered rate spreadsheet for water users and have it ready for the June 5, 2017 meeting.
The Council reviewed the quotes from St. Rosa Lumber, Reis Lumber, and Kremers Contracting to building the new maintenance building.
The Council directed Stevens to move forward with the bid process for the new maintenance building pending the numbers received from Winkleman Enterprises.
Olson moved to adjourn at 8:25 p.m., 2nd by Lange. Motion carried unanimously.
