Upsala City Working Meeting April 3, 2017

Call to Order/Attendance: The City Council meeting was called to order at Upsala City Hall by Mayor Rollie Johnson at 6:44 p.m.
On roll call members present: Mayor Rollie Johnson, Joan Olson, Brian Lange, Dennis Westrich, and Lana Bartells. People present: Financial Advisor David Drown, Public Works Superintendent Frank Koopmeiners, and City Clerk/Treasurer Michelle Stevens.
Business: The discussion of fire truck updates has been tabled.
The Borgstrom Street Project Billing has been tabled.
The approval SEH’s RFQ has been tabled.
Westrich moved to auction Mt. Olive through Schultz Auctioneering with a minimum bid of $7,000, 2nd by Olson. Motion carried unanimously.
Adjourn: Lange moved to adjourn at 6:59 p.m. 2nd by Bartells. Motion carried unanimously.
