Upsala held their 7th Annual 5K last Saturday during the Heritage Days Festival.
Above is a three generation picture of (from left) Allan Gill, Kyle Gill, Alfred Ritter (age 79), and Sharon Gill from Avon. There were 115 runners for the race. Seth Hare from Albany was the overall male with a race time of 17:43 and Kari Teigen was the overall female from St. Joseph with a race time of 19:42. Submitted by Tammy Lange.
