Upsala Prom was held on Saturday, April 21st with many in attendance to watch the grand march. The crowning of the prom royalty was held afterwards. Prom royalty candidates were nominated by their peers. King nominees were Callan Drill, Justin Kaiser, Michael Gerads, Tyler Zehrer and Thomas Ripplinger. Thomas won king. The queen nominees were Madeline Pekarek, Melissa George, Miranda Voller, Hayley Peterson and Dawn Evoniuk. Hayley won queen. The prom theme was Celebration Island and the post-prom was 2012 Olympics.
