Wendy E. Cochran, 64 year old resident of Swanville, MN passed away Thursday, December 2, 2021 at St. Gabriel’s Hospital in Little Falls, MN. A funeral service will be held at 7:00 P.M. on Friday, December 10, 2021 at the Shelley Funeral Chapel in Little Falls, MN. A visitation will be held from 4-8 P.M. on Friday at the Shelley Funeral Chapel in Little Falls, MN.
Wendy was born on July 23, 1957 in Atwater, MN to Ellen (Hedtke) and the late William Roos. She grew up in the Eden Valley area where she attended school and graduated from Eden Valley-Watkins High School. Wendy was united in marriage to Patrick Cochran on April 14, 1984 at Faith Lutheran Church in Isanti, MN. She worked for many years at EEI in Little Falls, MN as a health care aide and drove for them. Wendy was an avid quilter and enjoyed gardening and woodworking. She also enjoyed going to Flea Markets and auctions. Most of all Wendy loved spending time with her family and friends. She was dearly loved and will be greatly missed.
Wendy is survived by husband, Patrick Cochran of Swanville, MN; mother, Ellen Roos of Belgrade, MN; children, Jesse (Jessica) Cochran of Little Falls, MN, Jennifer Jacobson of St. Cloud, MN, and Tanya (Ross Cariveau) Cochran of Staples, MN; siblings, Robin (Rick) Anderson of Belgrade, MN, Jeff (Karen) Roos of Paynesville, MN, Myron (Sandy) Roos of Paynesville, MN; grandchildren, Casey, Alexis, Derrick, Lance, Evalynn, Olivia, and Adalyn; and great-grandchildren, Haydin, Braydin, and Aiden.
Wendy was preceded in death by, father, William (Bill) Roos; son, Jerry Cochran, brothers, Mark and Dennis Roos, sister, Christine Crystal; nephew, Matt Roos, and mother and father-in-law, Bob and Lucy Cochran.
